Bio – Don Gleason leverages his 27-year Air Force Civil Engineer and 8-year corporate consulting experiences to increase individual and company performance. He utilizes lessons from his experiences working with individuals and leading teams up to 2200 personnel. In 1991, his teams built two base camps, for 500+ and 2,000+ US and multi-national forces. In 2004, Don spearheaded moving 800+ projects from planning to construction under the $12.8B Iraq reconstruction program. He led his civil engineer squadron to #2 in the Air Force, wing to #1 for installation excellence, and set the Air Combat Command Mission Support Group Unit Compliance Inspection record. Don’s background includes commanding three Squadrons and a Group, award of the Legion of Merit and Bronze Star medals, and multiple major command environmental and leadership awards. Don serves on three boards in San Antonio, and is Founder and CEO of Achieve New Heights, LLC, focused on Executive Leadership Training and Coaching. He is husband to Karen and father to three successful young adults thriving in their careers.
