Jenya grew up behind the “Iron Curtain” of the Soviet Union in the family tradition of royal Russian engineers and top athletic coaches.

Since the early 90’s, Jenya has helped over a dozen global and local organizations develop All-Star caliber teams. Peers and clients call him “coach-Jay” for the impact he makes. After 20 years of training, coaching and building effective teams on four continents, he founded LEADERSHIP UNchained to facilitate professional growth and inspire leaders around the world.
